Checking In

What time is check-in?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or any time after.

Can I check-in early?

Early check-in may be requested in advance by emailing Guest Services at guestservices@greystoneranchaz.com. Early check-ins are granted if the schedule permits but are not guaranteed. 


Checking Out

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Can I request late check-out?

Due to the time constraints of preparing the rooms for the next guests, late checkout is not permitted/granted. All guests must be checked out no later than 11:00 a.m.


General

What is there to do in Cave Creek?

Cave Creek is a highly sought after destination known for its small-town western charm, with plenty of shops, food, hiking and entertainment for all ages. You can email guestservices@greystoneranchaz.com in advance for any questions and/or help planning your trip.

Are there places to hike?

TONS! Greystone ranch has developed a few small hiking trails throughout the ranch's 12 acres, as well as only being a couple miles from Spur Crossing, Black Mountain, and many many more.

Do you have transportation service available to and from the airport?

We do not have transportation services. However, we want to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities, so please reach out to Guest Services at GuestServices@greystoneranchaz.com and we will do our best to provide a solution.

If I book the Honeymoon Suite only, do I have access everything?

No. Access to the pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, and bar area are only available to guests that have booked the Main Guesthouse. However, the pool, spa, and all other outdoor entertainment is available to ALL guests.

What is "Quiet Hours"?

Quiet Hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The pool/spa can still be used during this time; however, outside music is only permitted if being played on a mobile device and so long as it is played on the mobile device itself. No external Bluetooth or direct connect speakers are permitted for use during this time. Guests must keep noise levels low and be respectful of other guests and our community. 

What is your pet policy?

 Unless otherwise specified, pets are NOT allowed on this property, including interior, deck/patio, or common areas. Contact Greystone Ranch AZ prior to arrival if a service animal will be on the premises at any time during the rental period. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) does not consider emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals a service animal.  

What is your smoking policy?

All Greystone Ranch accommodations are smoke-free. No smoking of any kind, including but not limited to vaping, e-cigarettes and marijuana. There is to be no smoking inside or within 20 ft of any open door or window. According to Arizona State law statute #36-2851, is it is illegal for any person to smoke marijuana in a public place. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted to GuestServices@greystoneranchaz.com at least 96 hours prior to the reserved check-in date for a partial refund. No refunds thereafter.
